Ben Lau graduated from the Department of Film and Television at I-Shou University in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, in 2016. After earning his bachelor's degree, he immediately began his career in Taipei. Initially, he worked on a few film art projects, which laid a solid professional foundation for him. Over the next seven years, he focused on lighting work, gaining extensive experience and skills in the industry.

Passionate about film and television production, Ben possesses a wealth of professional knowledge and expertise, coupled with outstanding creativity and innovation. In recent years, he has participated in the production of several well-known projects, contributing significantly to their success.

Now that Ben Lau has returned to Sarawak, he hopes to bring the experience and skills he accumulated in Taiwan back to his hometown to help elevate the local film and television industry. He believes that through a combination of innovation and professionalism, Sarawak has the potential to become an important hub for film production.

Ben aspires to collaborate with local directors, producers, and other industry professionals to create high-quality film projects that showcase the unique culture and stunning landscapes of Sarawak, attracting attention from international audiences. Additionally, he hopes to share his experience and knowledge through training, helping to nurture the next generation of local film and television talents, thereby laying a stronger foundation for the industry in Sarawak.

He firmly believes that film is not only a form of entertainment but also a medium for cultural dissemination. Through his efforts, Ben hopes to contribute to Sarawak gaining a prominent place in the international film industry.
